Mushroom Ragoot with Herbaria's Gamekeeper's Secret
- Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Add ¼ chopped onion
- Add 1 lb. mixed mushrooms in slices (Chanterelles, Cremini, Portobello)
- Add ¾ cup of white wine and warm up
- Pass all through a sieve and keep the liquid. Set aside the mushrooms and onions
- Add ¾ cup of cream fresh + 1 Tbsp of Gameskeeper´s Secret
- Add 1 cup of vegetable broth
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Add salt and pepper
- ½ cup of parmesan cheese
- Mixed with All Dente cooked pasta
- Garnish with minced chives
- Use almond cream
