Beef Curry with Herbaria`s Colours of Jaipur
- Mix in a bowl salt + 2 sliced garlic cloves + 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar + 1 tbsp. Colours of Jaipur
- Heat 2 tbsp. of butter
- Add 1 chopped onion
- Glace until golden
- Add spice paste
- Cut 2lb beef in pieces and add to the mixture, stir-fry until browned
- Add 1 cup of beef stock + 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- Simmer 1 hour
- Tip: Also works with lamb, chicken or shrimp.
